Horseradish Helpings

Today we’re taking a look at an ingredient that you may not use in your cooking yet but is something you should consider: horseradish.  Horseradish is a root vegetable that’s used most often as or like a spice.  It’s not something most people have as a solo snack like a carrot, but rather is used to make other ingredients stand out.
