Nutrition For November Week 4

We’ve almost reached Thanksgiving, for a break from turkey here are more french toast, peanut butter, cashew, nacho, parfait and cranberry drink recipes!

Breakfast: stuffed french toast

Lunch: Thai chicken wrap with spicy peanut sauce

Snack: cashew butter

Dinner: nacho potatoes

Dessert: cherry and amaretti parfaits

Drink: rosy cranberry cider
