Nutrition For November Week 3

Thanksgiving is less than 2 weeks away!  We’ll take a look at Thanksgiving later this week, but here are more french toast, peanut butter, cashew, nacho, parfait and cranberry drink recipes!

Breakfast: apple french toast bake

Lunch: chilled peanut soba noodles

Snack: buttery cashew brittle

Dinner: spicy sausage bean and cheese nachos

Dessert: vanilla blueberry oatmeal parfait

Drink: mulled cranberry cocktail
