Next week is the remembrance of Passover, so today I’ve got some recipes to make your week special.

Dinner:

Matzoh pizza

Slow roasted brisket

Meyer lemon brisket with pomegranate gremolata

Braised short ribs

Braised lamb shanks

Roast turkey breast with glazed vegetables

Roasted capon with quinoa olive stuffing

Halibut with braised, sliced artichokes and lemons

Passover popovers

Quinoa pilaf with crimini mushrooms

Moroccan carrot and spinach salad

Desserts:

Mango date haroset

Apple matzo cake

Apricot torte

Passover cobbler

Flourless walnut date cake

Raspberry macaroons in chocolate shells

Matzo haystacks

Toffee butter crunch matzo

Pistachio, honey and sea salt matzo

Crystallized ginger & orange zest matzo

Matzo toffee
